I buy a battery which doesn't work
I buy a battery, doesn;t work after 3 months, get a new one who brakes dwon within 2 years, I appeal to garanty and get (against disafaction) a refunshiged one, who doesn't worl properly too, because it doens't make connevtion to the app, so I can't see if the batteru wordk or not. Strange enough I get an emal from Ecoflow France that I can send back the battery who doens't wotk and get a new one, just provide the serial number form the battery which doesn't wotk. Than the message that I already got a refurnished one, and end of story. I send al the necessary mails to my legal assurance, and will commence a court case.
