Demanding more money once goods have been paid for!
I ordered a diagnostic tool from this company a few weeks ago, paid for the tool in full, the tool was in stock at the time of ordering and I also received a sales invoice together with notification that the item had been paid for. Nothing arrived for a few weeks and then I received an email notification stating that they wanted more money before and they would not dispatch the item until I paid extra for the tool, it appears that they were out of stock and the new stock they received was dearer. This type of action of increasing the price of goods once paid is probably breaking the UK selling regulations (unfortunately this company is not UK based). The extra money that Cardiagtool were requesting was nearly double that of the original price. Don't be fooled into believing that this is a UK company, they are just using a UK web and email address and are more than likely to be based in the middle east. If you check their webpage there are no addresses for this company not even a return address!
