Great sales and refund experience, I’m a FAN
Incredible service via two channels, direct and via eBay. When I needed to return an F1 polo shirt, the website return process was so clear and easy to do, plus the drop off locker was so well placed next to my work, refund took a few days. Via eBay I returned a cap and when the refund took a while (over 14 days) I messaged via eBay and they replied “at the weekend” saying they’ll look at it. Within a day I received a reply asking for more information and within minutes they actioned the refund and the postage! Castore are you reading this? THIS is how you do customer service, how companies like Castore can get it wrong where smaller operators like Fanatics get it very right. If buying fan merch go with these guys, if buying Castore merch definitely go with Fanatics, great service and response!
