I ordered a $200 custom Tennessee Titans jersey. Package arrived today in a brown paperbag packaged with tissue paper. That being said I have cracking an hole in one of the numbers an looks very creases like happened when they pressed it or folded it right after being pressed. Been dealing with customer service on the phone an online for four hours now. They dont want to take any responsibility or even care of the inconvenience this has brought me. I ordered two sweatshirts. Not cheap but decided what the heck, I’ve been wanting them. They charged my credit card and then sent me an email a couple days later saying they cancelled my order for an unknown issue. Tried calling and the department I needed was closed. No help through the automated system and zero details in the email. I have an account with this company and no issues before. They had no issues charging my card. When you pay so much money you should get better service. The t-shirt sizes are hit or miss but we have spent lots of money here. We won’t be spending any more.
I ordered a personalized jersey online. I noticed I spelled the name wrong and spoke with them about fixing this. It was less than 2 hours after placing the order. They said I can’t change it and can’t cancel the order either. Trying to speak with a person is damn near impossible but even when you do the won’t change anything. This is one of those companies that makes it so that when you return something, you basically have to accept store credit or give up a large portion of the money you were supposed to get returned (ought to be illegal). When I went back later to claim the gift card, they refused to give it to me because apparently I couldn't remember the correct phone number. I had everything else, order number, email, etc. They scammed me.

Paid almost $170 for PYT Reds. This was for 2026 Topps chrome. They sent me 3 Bowman cards.....3!. And I didn't even pay for that. Watching the replay, many Reds cards go by including Chase Burns, Sal Stewart and Elle. I would give it a "0" if that was an option :) Google search for NHL t-shirt and hoodie got me to their site. Found 2 items, they were on sale with 20% off NIKE sale. Added them to the cart, price was with discount. Went to pay, used Paypal, everything went through no problem. Order arrived on time, then I noticed I was charged the regular price. Called their phone # (this should be another review on its own), was told that I did not enter the code. I went through the same process online to prove it, the discount and code are there until you go to Paypal, then it goes away. How is someone going to catch that? It's obviously an error in their coding. Anyway, they said they cannot do anything about it because I received the order. They offered me a 20% discount coupon :) what a joke!!!! Initially they advise to return the items and order again with coupon - that's when I found out one of the items was final sale, I guess it's in the fine print in the item details :) and not to mention if you want the refund to your card, you need to pay $14 CAD shipping to return. Lesson learned - I will no longer purchase from this company. We ordered two shirts for a World Cup party. Plenty of time per the order placement but they held sending our product and it came late. When I finally got it and opened the package - the "decal" was faded not vibrant. Also my husbands shirt got burned from the pressing. There is literally a large square on the front of the shirt where the press was used. Totally a yardwork shirt.

Why on Earth woul anyone shop there?# I ordered a Jersey. They sent me the wrong one and now the fun begins. Try to return something with them :-) make sure you quit your Job before, divorce and give your children to Adoption. Because you wil never have time for anything again if you want to return an Item. Plus it wasn't even my fault. They just sent anything. I thought this would be easy. It has been 4 weeks now plus a 83euro phone call with their line in GB.

I ordered a Manchester United shirt with Bruno on the back – a standard player shirt, not a personalised name. The size was too big, so I simply wanted to exchange it.
After over a week and back and forth i have finally recived a full refund today. Also because of all the headache caused @fanatics didn't want the top returning. I'm moving my rating from 1 star to 4 star not 5 because of the stress caused. I wil now continue to use my favourite site again for my tops.
If I'd bought the exact same shirt from Manchester United or Adidas, they would have accepted the return without any issues.
Fanatics kept me waiting for over a week. One of their customer service representatives even emailed me to say that, because it was a birthday present, they would make an exception and allow an exchange or return. Then, after making me wait all that time, they emailed to say they were refusing it.
I've been a customer for over two years and never had any problems until now. Instead of helping a loyal customer, they've left me stuck with a shirt I can't use as the birthday gift it was meant to be.
I could understand if it had my own name printed on the back, but it's Bruno Fernandes – a standard player name that they could easily resell.
Based on this experience, I won't be buying from Fanatics again. If you want peace of mind and decent customer service, I'd recommend buying directly from Adidas or the Manchester United store instead.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried to order some items and Fanatics kept changing the shipping address. I tried all kinds of ways to edit it and it kept changing it to the wrong address. I called customer service several times and got foreigners that I could not understand. Apparently, there's no way to speak to anybody in the United States and they don't allow you to order online, They told me I could place the order with the wrong address and then they would change it, which is just ridiculous and I don't trust it. I will never try to order anything from them again. Absolutely ridiculous that I was told there's no phone number that you can call in the US.
Customer service chat was ineffective and provided little real assistance, relying on generic responses without resolving the issue. My order was also significantly delayed, with no communication, acknowledgment, or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. For a company focused on order fulfillment, this lack of responsiveness and accountability is disappointing. When orders cannot be delivered in a timely manner and support is unable to help, it raises concerns about the reliability of the service.

I ordered 4 hats - never arrived
I ordered 4 hats on July 25th to arrive on the 28th. Everyday since my order delivery date has been delayed an additional day. Until today I chatted the virtual assistant and they said basically my order had need been cancelled or lost (they didn’t have an exact answer). They did offer me a refund gift card (which I’m supposed to receive via email) in the next 24 hours (we will see if I actually get it). But they are a waste of time.

Just been sent the everton training bottoms £65 with pulls in the cotton on the right leg im fuming no 1 noticed this there not exactly cheap bad quality again from castore an fanatics im having to send them back and im now wary of buying another pair or could fanatics send me another pair when they have recieved the sent back pair as I needed the whole set for my holiday so it looks like im stuck with just the top 😢 of wich im thinking to send that back . Bad quality fabric on this pair . Had to have the bottoms for the hole suit so iv took a chance an orderd another pair . Return process was quite simple

ZERO customer service. They want me to make a Facebook account, just to contact them. WAY overpriced for cheap sweat shop garbage. I've begun printing all my own sports apparel by stealing logos and designs from their website.
I can have custom shirts made for $7 but they want $50. What a joke.
