Apparently that item isn’t eligible for exchange but you do t know that until you attempt to contact them through their ridiculous customer service process. Fanatics has never heard of customer service. I won an auction through its Marketplace app. The company had a processing issue on its end and prevented me from paying. Instead of solving the issue on their end, they suspended my account as I was unable to pay in their restricted timeframe. No actual person responds via customer service chat or phone. Their email responses take weeks. This company does not care about it customers. Take your business somewhere else.

They falsely advertise their products with codes and then their codes don't work on their already overpriced. Apparel, I've tried multiple times to purchase through them through major league shop and fanatics. They both have the same marketing schemes and they're come on's. They don't support the fans. They only price gouge them!!!
They also send me a apology review and do nothing saying sorry and our team is working really hard... Like I said before they don't care about Fans or the customers...

Ordered a custom jersey. Somehow the order ended up being 3 jerseys instead of 1. I caught the error within 24 hours and attempted to contact Fanatics.com to cancel the other 2 jerseys before they were made and shipped. They said because the order was already placed (though not yet made), I'd have to wait until the jerseys arrive and then return and refund. So I waited. Took forever to get the jerseys... arrived after Christmas. Finally they arrived and I attempted again to return and refund, but was told because they were custom, they could not be returned and refunded. Such BS. They should have fixed it within 24 hours in the first place, but they refused. Now I'm stuck with 2 extra jerseys that I didn't want.

I tried to exchange an item because the size was too large, and I was told the item was ineligible for exchange and that I would have to return it and re-order it instead. Normally that would be fine, except the price of the exact same item has gone up to more than three times what I originally paid.
I asked customer service if they could honor the original price since I’m not trying to return the item, just exchange for a different size, and they refused. While I was still typing in the chat trying to resolve this, the agent disconnected the chat before anything was resolved.
This whole experience was really frustrating. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — I just want the same item in a different size at the price I already paid.
If someone from the company is willing to fix this, I’d be happy to update this review.

Horrible experience. Ordering a very expensive authentic jersey I applied a promo code for of CapitalOne for 20 percent off which would save me 75 dollars. At checkout using my Apple Pay I get an error code and to please try again. From this screen you can’t see total dollar in your cart I reprocess and boom it works followed by the charge of 402 dollars as the promo code was no longer attached on re process. Upon contacting their slow and awful customer service I was finally informed bc I used Apple Pay it would could not be applied to my order. Instead of noting that when applying the code or alerting you of why the payment is declined the first time it allows you to hit payment again and reprocess without informing you of new total or removal of code. Instead of just making it right it and applying the 20 percent credit the response is we will cancel the order. Even though for the last 2 weeks everything was 20 percent off. When you have a monopoly on sports merchandise I guess it allows you to not care about consumers. Only good thing was she was able to remove me from all future emails and alerts. Never again.
