Refused to return and refund
Ordered a custom jersey. Somehow the order ended up being 3 jerseys instead of 1. I caught the error within 24 hours and attempted to contact Fanatics.com to cancel the other 2 jerseys before they were made and shipped. They said because the order was already placed (though not yet made), I'd have to wait until the jerseys arrive and then return and refund. So I waited. Took forever to get the jerseys... arrived after Christmas. Finally they arrived and I attempted again to return and refund, but was told because they were custom, they could not be returned and refunded. Such BS. They should have fixed it within 24 hours in the first place, but they refused. Now I'm stuck with 2 extra jerseys that I didn't want.
