Exceptional customer service from a great team! I recently bought a Sihoo chair as a surprise 50th birthday gift for my partner. Since the birthday isn't until September, I contacted customer support to ask if the warranty could be paused until the box is actually opened. While company policy unfortunately didn't allow for a warranty extension, the customer service team handled my request with so much kindness and empathy. They even surprised me with a €10 partial "birthday refund" as a sweet gesture, which completely blew me away! My order was shipped in two separate packages, and when I inquired about the shipping status, the team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond until everything arrived safely.
