I have had an EcoFlow portable powerstation for a few years now. It has worked flawlessly and so when considering a plug in solar and batter solution for my house my immediate thoughts were EcoFlow. I did some research on alternatives but kept coming back to EcoFlow. I pressed the button and ordered a Stream plus 4 solar panels, which was on backorder at the time. Shorty after I realised that I need the smaller panels so contacted EcoFlow for help in changing my order. The response was immediate and the team very helpful, especially Leo from customer service. As I ordered a kit I had to cancel the whole kit and re-order. Not a problem, they immediately cancelled my order and my refund has arrived. I was kept informed at every stage. I now plan to re-order with different size panels and have no hesitation but to recommend EcoFlow customer services.
