Good Product, But Terrible Customer Service
I enjoy this company's protein powders, but their customer service attitude is awful. They sent me the incorrect item, and instead of fixing their warehouse mistake promptly, they forced me to go through multiple administrative steps just so I could return the wrong item and receive the correct one. I had to take photos, fill out a form, and wait for their internal review before they would even dispatch the correct item. To make it worse, their courier collection window was an unreasonable 7 hours, requiring someone to wait at home all day. When I raised these concerns, their customer service team completely ignored the feedback until I pressed the point, eventually replying with a robotic, scripted apology that hid behind "standard processes." While the product itself is good, buying from them is a risk if an issue arises. You have to hope your order is perfect, because their customer service attitude is incredibly rigid and company-first.
