Service is great & arrived super quick, I brought my first one on a deal, tried it for a couple of days and rushed back to take advantage of the offer price.. I’m so impressed, I used to often miss breakfast and snack thru till lunch, grab a something at my desk and take a handful of vitamins to supplement now I have a smoothie with this all in one, add a small banana a scoop of coconut yogurt and some frozen blueberries to coconut milk in the blender and no snacking at all ..! I feel full & satisfied and healthier in a couple weeks.. and I’ve given up the mountain load of vitamins that I used to alternate this is my go to now ..Oh..and I’m loosing weight too.and saving a fortune on chocolates and crisp off the tuck trolley..if you’re thinking of trying this go for it .. I have vanilla, and now strawberry too..I can’t recommend this highly enough..👌
Good Product, But Terrible Customer Service
I enjoy this company's protein powders, but their customer service attitude is awful. They sent me the incorrect item, and instead of fixing their warehouse mistake promptly, they forced me to go through multiple administrative steps just so I could return the wrong item and receive the correct one. I had to take photos, fill out a form, and wait for their internal review before they would even dispatch the correct item. To make it worse, their courier collection window was an unreasonable 7 hours, requiring someone to wait at home all day. When I raised these concerns, their customer service team completely ignored the feedback until I pressed the point, eventually replying with a robotic, scripted apology that hid behind "standard processes." While the product itself is good, buying from them is a risk if an issue arises. You have to hope your order is perfect, because their customer service attitude is incredibly rigid and company-first.

Its purely the taste of the shake, I just had the original and the taste is vile and very powdery , if there is a way I can make it taste good then it would be a 5* The packaging is beautiful but should come with a little scoop, especially for the price however the price is good for what you get.

The taste is delicious & I love how clean they are compared to other protein powders. Keeps me much fuller for longer than other brands. I would love to give a higher rating & become a loyal customer by I can’t afford £50 every 3 weeks. If they were just a bit more affordable I would be a very loyal customer. I have at least one shake a day for lunch & sometimes add a bit to other drinks too eg smoothies. Alas at £50 I can’t afford them. Whilst they are on special offer I will stock up.
