Item arrived faulty and marked
Item arrived faulty and marked. Extremely poor customer service. Returned items that were received back on 19/08 still no refund although it states on their website it will be processed in 2-3 days. When using live chat they told me 21 days which is incorrect as not posted on their website. I was told id be able to download the transcript at the end of the chat but it just disappeared and didn’t give me the option.
