This was initially a negative review of the company. It took a while to receive my item and when it arrived, it wasn't working correctly. Since then though, What geek have surprised me! They got in touch and have replaced the item without any issue. The new item seems to be perfect and didn't take long to arrive, so it seems fair to change this to a good review. Any company can make a mistake, but it takes a good company, which cares for its customers to go out of their way to fix the mistake. Thanks!
