Do not use them, my order didn't arrive and customer service is apouling
I have placed an order on 9th June. Part of the order has arrived post a month, the other part which is the more expensive part of the order (watch) still hasn't been delivered. The customer service folks have been absolutely useless, I have exchange emails with Yogi, Russel and Ryan. Over 3 months post me paying for the order my watch still didn't turn up nor I can get a final answer when it will be. I am being constantly told that it will be shipped or that it has been shipped, but the order hasn't arrived. I live in closed apartment building so when the package arrives even if it would be left by the door it doesn't disappear, as its just 6 flats and we all know each other! Very disappointing.
