No response from umidigi after 28 days, i have been very polite to you but you seem to give zero about your customers! You have so many complaints abt communication, On aliexpress and facebook!! maybe Update customers with some info/statements on your social media regarding products and why you havent sent Them, that would be a good start instead of ignoring 1000’s of People! Ignorance in its finest form Wont even accept refund, though you first texted me that you would instant refund! 22/10 first and last support message from umidigi on aliexpress: “Dear my buyer, Thanks for choosing UMIDIGI Official Store. Have you noticed that UMIDIGI F2 is pre-sale item? We have to remind you again about that. UMIDIGI F2 will be in stock in ***30 days.*** (not Met in any way by umidigi) We will shipped out according to the ordering time.Hope you can wait for it. If you don’t want to wait for it , would you mind canceling order with reason“The order processing time is too long” or “I want to cancel this order instantly”. *********We will process for you ASAP.***** (was canceled for 3 days before i decided to give Them another chance, and continue with the order) Thanks for your understanding. And while we are at it, i preordered for 199 dollars, two weeks later you have it on special sale for 177$, i ask you for the reducer Price due to This offer, either cancelation or partial refund, no response.
