Odd.
I ordered from Rosegal not having reviewed the company first - I would have certainly not ordered having read the reviews of the company. However, all I can say is that although delivery was a bit slow (about 3 weeks) the items I ordered (2 dresses for my girlfriend) arrived ok and were pretty much exactly as described. Quality seemed ok and they fit her just fine. I didn't have to send anything back, or deal with customer support so I guess that may have been a problem judging from other's experiences here. However, I simply have no cause for complaint. The whole experience was perfectly fine. I guess I am one of the lucky ones!
