A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY
A disgrace of a company. I bought a template from them and paid for them to install it, but then they told the the developer had not updated it, so i gave them 10 days to sort it, but that never happened. I asked them to refund me as the other templates which they were trying to push on me were not suitable. I kept asking for a refund but they just dint answer, so in the end i had to open a PayPal case with them, now bare in mind i have paid them for a service and template which they never supplied and i laid my case to PayPal and after a month they found in favour of Template Monster!! In what world do you buy a product and get nothing for it and the payment handler says that's fine. So much for buyer protection on PayPal. All i can say to anybody reading this is STAY AWAY FROM TEMPLATE MONSTER, as they are nothing short of scamming money.
