templates are great, but the developers need training
I believe we interface with a project manager who sends data to a developer. The project manager appears to be the "gatekeeper". My project manager (PM) did not seem knowledgeable and delayed the project by months. I was using a godaddy server and the said the server will not work. So i paid for a new AWS account. Then months later, the developer loaded the site on the godaddy account.

Fast and helpful support. I had an issue with downloading my invoice and the support team helped me immediately. Nick Miller from the billing department resolved everything quickly, clearly and professionally. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.
HUGE RENEWAL FEE - WOULD NOT REFUND
They charged me a huge renewal fee and I notified them within minutes that I did not know about it nor want it. They basically said 'too bad" and you can cancel so we wont charge you again in 2027. I wrote them literally minutes after the charge popped up but they just read me the small print on the agreement - Terrible way to treat a customer.

Our Refund Policy explains that successfully processed subscription renewals are non-refundable. Monster One membership is not something…
Monster One membership is not something I would recommend to anyone. The support is terrible and they won't refund you. I've asked 7 times and they just keep saying they're forwarding the request then trying to continue talking to me about previous issues when I've already bought the theme directly now.

I asked for a refund and didn’t get one. The theme was made in 2019 and isn’t compatible with modern SEO. I had a number of critical issues in Google search console. I’ve built many website using different themes and I’ve never had so many critical issues in Google search console. Not only that it’s mandatory to install 7 plugins to get the theme to work (6 jet plugins and elementor). The customiser doesn’t work you have to amend the header and footer via elementor. You have to install two themes also to get it to work, a parent theme which is different to the child theme. I won’t use them again.

I purchased a product, but the company refused to deliver it because I could not pass their verification process with a Belarusian passport. Despite their refusal to provide the service, they have also refused to issue a refund. Essentially, they have taken my money without providing the product. I strongly advise against using this service.

Developers Stay Away
Developers, stay away - they resell your products without telling you or paying you to other sites and grant extended licenses to other sites that WE never authorized, and that's after we deleted our products from their main website. They take your SEO and rankings on search engines and redirect them to THEIR website. They ask for constant update requests, cheap promotions that make the authors create themes for pennies, and send their "support" to harass authors when we have had enough of their constant requests, even trying to send friend requests to our personal social media accounts. Very shady and terrible business practices.

I purchased my website template from Template Monster 3 years ago and hired their tuning team to customize, optimize, and maintain my website. I've received personalized service from my handler, Ethan, and his team and I am very happy with my tech service experience. I highly recommend them!

I bought a Wordpress Template from them the Fall Tattoo Theme for $39, it had alot of installation errors and was unusable. I spoke with Live Chat Support and they couldnt install it either. I then got 'support' from the developer - he dragged his feet, didnt do anything, insisted that he must delete my existing site pages in order to install the theme which would have wiped out months of work. I also had to purchase an Elementor subscription to try to make the template work which was not supposed to happen. The template was just a jumble of lorem ipsum with no images or page structure and was completely unusable. In the end I had to open a paypal dispute sending all the evidence, timeline, installation logs with all the errors that had nothing to do with me - Paypal found in favour of TemplateMonster and refused to refund so I'm left with an unusable theme template and an uneeded subscription to Elementor. I would never use them again. Utterly disappointing. Total Scam.
