HUGE RENEWAL FEE - WOULD NOT REFUND
They charged me a huge renewal fee and I notified them within minutes that I did not know about it nor want it. They basically said 'too bad" and you can cancel so we wont charge you again in 2027. I wrote them literally minutes after the charge popped up but they just read me the small print on the agreement - Terrible way to treat a customer.
