Junk Themes
Junk, terrible themes, terrible to resellers, terrible support. Just horrible. I am a professional web designer and have used different WP Theme Templates from everywhere. Template Monster is the first ansd only place I have 100% blacklisted and refuse to not only purchase but to work on or update if a customer purchased one.

Round and round in circles
Round and round in circles, I paid $49 for the install service and provided all the requested details and here we are a week later and all I get is asked for the requested details day after day. Worst service ever, I would not recommend these clowns!

Excellent for developers looking for tons of template at a very affordable rate; especially with the yearly subscription that allows for commercial use! I had some delays with payment due it being a virtual card, but the customer service was very nice and responsive; personally a representative ("Jace") helped me solve the issues I had. Downloads are fast and smooth with tons of option to choose from. Personally, I would recommend it to any developers looking to accelerate their iteration cycle.

I am writing regarding the purchase of your PrestaShop theme along with the installation service. After the installation carried out by your team, I noticed that the theme is not compatible with my PrestaShop version and it does not work properly. I have contacted your support several times, and the developer attempted to fix the issue, but it has not been permanently resolved. I was also informed that the theme developer had approved the refund, however to date I have not received anything, despite my repeated follow-ups. This has been a very poor service experience.
