Your AI customer service is not up to standard. All I wanted to do is add the name of the guest due to the guest arriving prior to myself. Your AI customer service did not understand the request and provided a dead end response. There should be a real person element if AI cannot solve this. Such an easy request have cause unnecessary frustration.
