So far, my experience with Yoins has been good, though I had to contact them myself as items were not yet shipped after 2 weeks, only to find out that it was due to 2 items being out of stock. I don’t feel that the customer should chase the seller on such an issue. Nevertheless, their live chat assistant Bradley was very helpful and informative, and I’ve been told that the in-stock items will now be shipped straight away.
