Awesome ISP with Excellent fiber network.
I have used quite a few large ISP in Singapore. Most of them did not offer reliable internet connection and speed. Customer service / Tech support from the 3 large ISPs is like air something which is there and yet you can't see and use them to resolve issue and problem. Usually blame on my Hardware and Software. Switching over to VQ has given me another view on internet surfing. Customer services aka Technical support from VQ was excellent. VQ respond to my issue and provide timely update. 24hrs support is another plus point. Support engineer was impressive as they know their network and equipment. Provide customer portal, service downtime update. I felt that services from VQ worth every dollars I paid. PS: Please maintain up your Services and support.
