Do not use this company. I booked a flexible flight for my family with Airpaz, knowing that there was a possibility that my schedule might change. The flexible ticket gave me confidence that as long as I made any changes over 48 hours before the scheduled flight, that I could just pay any difference in cost. I realised that I did need to change so 54 hours before the scheduled flight, I requested the change. They changed my credit card for the cost difference so as far as I was concerned, the request had been approved. 10 hours later they rejected my change request, stating that it was outside the 48 hour window. I had to book a complete new flight and lost all the costs incurred by the original tickets. Customer service do not want to know and are not helpful at all. I would not use this company.
