I had never heard of Xiaomi until a few months ago. I wanted a new phone and was surprised at the quality of specification offered for such a reasonable price, so I bought a Mi 10T Lite 5G. Was so pleased with it that I subsequently bought a Redmi 9 for my wife and then another Redmi 9 as a gift for my sister. Mi.com offers flash sales and other promotions, with a loyalty points system. I think they have converted me from being a new customer to a repeat and loyal customer when choosing my next phone!
