Huge risk shopping, lacking customer support
Bought a phone from them via AliExpress. Package was shorted during delivery, which I immediately informed them about. GLS also immediately accepted responsibility and contacted Gshopper, but they declined any responsibility towards me and didn't react for 10 days, so my refund claim was refused. All they had to do was contact GLS... Definitely never taking the huge risk of buying anything from them again.
