If there’s an option to give negative stars, I’d rate -5. Worst experience ever. Device stated as good as new but doesn’t work, customer service slow to respond causing me much frustration and distress. I am never coming back.
I feel I should bring up one incident with your customer service: I sent in 2 separate designs for printing a few days apart from each other. The first design was paid by online bank transfer and the second by credit card. As I failed to email the receipt of the bank transaction, the first order sat in "pending" status for some time. When I emailed to enquire about it I found the experience very frustrating, as the person kept referring to the 2nd order saying it has been sent with no mention of the order in question, despite me stating very clearly, bolded and highlighted, that I was asking about order #1. After about the 5th email I got tired and rang, then things were settled. She could have mentioned from the start of my enquiry that the order couldn't proceed without proof of payment, rather than completely ignoring my question. I understand it was my mistake, but I felt that customer service could've handled a small matter like this more efficiently. Overall though, I am pleased with your service and would come back for future reprinting.
