I would have given bangerhead a 5 star rating were it not for their current association with the invoicing service Qliro. Bangerhead as an online retailer i found to be good in every other way. However, when it comes to paying for the goods via Qliro....it is Qliro that let the side down. Qliro seem to make the process of payment so much more complicated than it needs to be. The idea of online shopping is that it should be easy for the consumer....Qliro put barrier after barrier in the way of this payment process, which is massively frustrating to the customer. Frankly I’m not sure why companies like Qliro exist at all? They seem to offer an inferior payment service in an industry where there are already so many other easier and better ways to handle payments. Having read reviews for Qliro I am not alone in this opinion. I wasted so much extra time trying to understand and simply pay for my order unnecessarily that if I come across the Qliro service again whilst online shopping, I would opt for ordering for an alternative retailer even at a higher price to avoid Qliro. I write this review in an attempt to offer constructive feedback to bangerhead, as in my experience they are a good online retailer in every other way. Bangerhead is not the problem. They simply need to move away from using this ridiculous Qliro service for invoicing.
