Very poor customer service
Received double the number of solar panels due to an unclear product listing. I contacted Renogy immediately to arrange a return, but instead of a proper returns process I was offered discount codes and sales-style responses. Return arrangements remain unresolved, and a separate battery order is now delayed. Very disappointing after-sales service. TBC
