After Trustpilot and 123 asked for more details..still no reply?
28thDecember, update. Since putting my original review on Truspilot I have been actively in contact with Thomas at 123. Thomas has been endlessly helpful. Even replying on Christmas day and next week will also help me with something else. A first class response. Accolades to Thomas. 23rd December. Still.no reply from emailing them. Just a stock answer from Thomas. Is there a point to sending a futher email? Hmm? Might as well and let's see if Thomas sends a "stock" email again? nitially very helpful in setting up my website. Now they don't answer any requests for help at all. Very disappointed. Update 22nd Dec 2025: After contacting 123 again about my problem at the request of Trustpilot.... gues what? Still no reply from the 123 website? Hmmmm.
