After 4 months from emails, claims and endless trials to solve the issue of blocked email ID; we concluded that SITE123 has blocked the email ID since it is named as "mohammed". We sent official email about our conclusion and they just kept silent . They failed to solve the issue and after many trials with technical team, they are replying that email ID is a spam while they tested internally by themselves and failed to prove it, everytime they are trying to send general cause like: 1- it is being used for sending massive emails --> show us a proof --> no reply 2- it is classified as spam --> show us any online tool classifying the email as spam --> no reply 3- delete the entire email and try to create it again --> never heard about such solution for a business email !!! Conclusion: they are creating internal issues to their customers especially If you renew your subscription for multiple years like what we did and due to their racism; they block any email id they don't like it DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM

If some third party make any allegation against your website Site123 instructions of talk to you, puta the website down without even warning you. Your competition can just lye and out your website down. Happened two times in four months. AI agents answering you. Later either AI or some third world country call center. And finally some boss that changes versions offered before by previous contacts. After the website been put down the second time without any notice, i was offered a refund. I contacted customer service several times, but no one responded and there was no effective way to communicate with the support team. Site123 make an withdrawal of hundreds of dollars from my bank without my consent or confirmation, as soon as my bank sent me the alert, I contacted them, and I keep repeating to the billing agent that I don’t need their services at all, and I decided not to use them because of their dishonest rules, and she try to keep charging me for the next two years for a website that I keep repeating that I don’t wanted. I tried this website builder site 123 company, for a few months two years ago, and I would never expect that they get hundreds of dollars during the night, yesterday morning my bank sent me the alert and since then I been trying to reason with the billing team with out success.
