Successful claim by Click2Refund
Contacted Click2Refund and filled out claim after BA flight cancellation and long delay last March when travelling to Istanbul. Company managed to get full refund minus their stated percentage within 6 months, so I was delegated. There was initial delay but after getting in touch with our contact agent Fred Brady, the money was transferred directly into my account with three days.
