so any good news about my order? I can see some customers is claiming They have got their item and you said I would properly hear from you in this month the month came and went and I have not heard anything from you I understand that my order isn't ready but I don't think it's too much to ask for an update every now and then, especially when the product is relatively expensive and it's been so many months since I ordered it. it is always me who has to contact you to get any information about my order and I have another order I haven't heard anything about yet either I do not find your customer service acceptable and at this time I do not expect to receive any of what I ordered. and I definitely would not recommend your shop to others who are considering buying from your website.
