Their online photo restore only worked for about a week
Their online photo restore worked nornally for a few weeks, and then it just started giving errors or restoring only half of the photo for no reason, when i contacted them, and even sent them the original photos as they requested, they ( i spoke to Frank ) said there's not they could do about it, even though i mentioned this happens now no matter which photo i upload.. The issue clearly isn't with the photos, and as for Frank, he frankly doesn't give a damn...forgive the pun... Now they try to claim my photos were damaged, they were NOT, because the very next day, suddenly their website was able to restore them normally, and it seems every few days i get this from them, this has happened already at least 4/5 times, and the ultimate proof it was not the photos that were the problem, is that i was able to restore those very same photos the next day, or a few days later on their website.
