My Bar stools were delivered with one seat cracked. Email and photo were sent,( of the seat )no response from Thorvald and design .. This is unacceptable service Very disappointing 2 weeks now since I wrote the above complaint…it’s now been resolved with a new stool been sent.. So thank you
