The way the site works is great. The escrow service built in is a comforting safeguard. You order a service, the seller fulfills the order, they get paid. It's what happens after that, that's not so great. Bought a years 'service', it lasted three weeks. Then trying to get any resolution is not happening. Seller disappeared. 'Service' stopped. Money gone. No recourse via g2g. They can't force a seller continue to provide a service if they are not responding. Thankfully it was only a small amount. Not g2g's problem.
