It's a scam!
It's a scam! I ordered several items that I had to return because they smelled unbearably chemical. Well, due to an error (I hope), I wasn't refunded for an item I returned, and there's no way I'm getting a response to my numerous emails. They only reply with automated messages written with AI, which are completely useless. All I can do is file a dispute with PayPal to get my €82 back. It's a disgrace!!
