Pleased with our Growatt devices and their service
We have Growatt devices for our solar panels and use the app to help us manage charging our EV car efficiently. This gives us almost real time data and helps guide us on our energy usage and solar generation. I had an issue when we changed our Internet provider and had to contact customer services they were very helpful providing a number of different solutions, which unfortunately didn't work for us. I am now waiting for a new part which is being posted out without charge. Hopefully this will solve our issue and reconnect us to our app and the data. The internet issue isn't linked to the system at all, the system, solar generation and putting energy back into the grid is all still working. I would recommend Growatt and it's products
