HELP! Missing items after 8 weeks of placing order
I cannot communicate effectively on the DH Gate App to answer my queries so I hope this way works?! I ordered 4 items on the 8th March and have only received two (one of which was yesterday and had a customs charge, but that's nobody's fault I suppose). I am concerned as I have messaged the sellers directly and one hasn't even responded (I have sent 4 messages over the past month). Therefore, please can you arrange a refund for my two orders as I don't see them arriving as its been two months now (I understand the pandemic will cause delays but I have accounted another month for this delay).
