Bad Windows install partition
Sadly the machine arrived with a battery at 0% and a failed windows install that was in a failed boot loop, and on top of that it was impossible to get into the bios to allow a change in boot order. The only solution was to remove the ssd, wipe it’s partition and then replace it and then finally I was able to boot from a windows USB drive
