I booked the Novotel el-Borg in Cairo…
I booked the Novotel el-Borg in Cairo with this website. On check-in I was advised that the Novotel charges a premium city tax with bookings using morerooms. This has added $330 city tax to my 5 night stay. I am so shocked! If I had this clear information at the time of booking I would have avoided morerooms. Novotel tell me those clients that used booking.com would not have had to pay any city tax as this would have been included in their quote.
