Unfortunately, my chosen shoes failed to arrive but a single, quickly answered telephone call resolved the issue with a re-order, which was delivered in 2 days, and an immediate refund of the original postage cost. Brownie points for Customer Service. The shoes (woven leather strips, great design) did not fit - too tight, very disappointing. So I used Joules/Next's simple return system. There was a bit of a delay with the refund so I phoned again to chase it. I spoke with two very friendly agents, Nicola and Michelle, who resolved the issue immediately and professionaly. Great customer service, all credit to them.
