I don't need to write much. You can just read my correspondences below: ME(6/30/2013): I finally received both tablets on Thursday June 27, 2013. I was using it to watch youtube videos on Sunday June 30, 2012 and it started to get hot and then it froze. I couldn't do anything. I attempted to shut it down and restart it but I couldn't. It stayed like that until the screen went black and now when it try to turn it back on it doesn't respond. It tried charging it but that didn't evoke a response either. I tried the reset button and that still does not work. I have not turned on the other tablet as yet; so for right now, the problem is with the freelander pd900 RESPONSE(7/1/2013) : Thanks for contacting us and regret for the trouble caused. Would you pls repair it in your local place ? If it can be repaired and the repairring fee is reasonable , you can show me the invoices you got ,and we will afford the money you paid with coupon ,ok? Could you also say how soon after the package arrives that my refund will be processed? Thank You Response: You send it by DHL. It is so expensive for shipping cost. When are you going to collect the package? Can I get my refund wether or not you collect it please? I did everything you told me to do.
