My goods still in hold for more than 30days. After my goods left the country, they say the destination address need hire driver and special van to deliver. Ask for additional payment to hire van and driver. Then after one month of clearing customs and stored at their facility, they now said cannot return to sender because my goods suddenly turned "prohibited items" in their facility based on their definition in their fine prints. Derita...After more than a month they found the relevant fine prints to show me. Textbook "hidden" conditions. Anyway, good luck to anyone thinking about using their service.
