Worst Customer Service Ever
The abo from Glossybox is ok considering the value for money, but lately the value of the boxes is getting lower and lower, there are more and more cheap drugstore products and less high quality ones. The real issues comes up when anything goes wrong. The customer support is a complete mess, it takes forever to get a replacement product or a refund. The customer service uses every possible excuse to blame the customer for the error. Even worse when you have to return a box. Half of the time, Glossybox claims that the return item never arrived. When you try to file a customer protection claim with paypal, the return address provided to paypal is different from the return address on the lable provided by Glossybox, so that the claim is denied. The customer is screwed, since they already returned the box, but there is no way to get the money back.
