Tech support helpful
Tech support was very helpful trying to get round the fact that the software wasn't compatible with my version of outlook. In the end no luck. Wouldn't allow me a refund, but instead offered me lifetime upgrades. Which in the end appeased me for not being allowed a refund. Hence 3 stars putting their refund policy into question.
