always had a good experience with Focalprice
I have been using focal price for 3 years now and have no complaints. I made a mistake and made an order as a guest and freaked out because my account wasn't showing my purchases. I emailed/messeged through the site and got a response within a few hours. The woman who answered wrote english very well and she managed to find my order and gave me a tracking number. I live in Canada and my order arrived in 14 days. have never bought any big items such as laptops or notebooks, so can't vouche for those types of items, however the things i have purchased,, I have no complaints about. I am sorry some of you have had some negative experiences, I would recommend this site without hestitation.
