Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I requested a cancellation of an order they failed to ship on time and they ignored my email and still shipped the order. I specifically stated I needed the dress for a funeral and after they email me asking me the reason for my cancellation request they ignored me and send shipped the item 3 days later. Never ordering again from this place. I should have known better since you are located in China! Scammers
