Bought an Anbernic handheld console…
Bought an Anbernic handheld console with SD card. The console was brilliant and easy to start up no issues. Unfortunately, the SD card wouldn't read so had no access to games. Got in touch with customer support who were very polite and quick to respond. They tried to fix the issue but after realising it couldn't sent a new SD card which arrived very quickly and worked straight away. Fantastic company! The console is amazing for the price and when you know you can trust that any issues will be dealt with, it makes it even better. Thank you so much 😊
