I need to tell you about how sweet and helpful customer service was, okay! I emailed H&P because I was interested in purchasing a cat tree and got a discount code via email. I was excited, because it was something that I'd wanted to purchase for a *very* long time. But! The coupon code didn't work. I was confused, and reached out to customer service via email. And wouldn't you know it, these absolute sweeties got back to me and offered help with troubleshooting the matter. Turns out, we figured out that the coupon code had expired! Not only did Sini offer help with solving the issue of not getting the discount, but they also expedited my shipping so that I could have my first Happy & Polly cat tree to decorate my very lonely home office with.
