Bad communication
Fannie was helpful however it has taken me days and days to actually get through to anyone on the live chat, they were always unavailable. I’ve sent emails and FB chat and there was no response. Eventually I found out one item was unavailable so the whole order was pended. Goodness knows when I would have received it! Overall bad communication Yoins!
